Bridge City is one of the many nicknames for Portland, Oregon. Warm evening with outdoor musical festival downtown across the river (colored lights to left of bridge) supplied ambiance for making images as the light progressed from sunset to twilight. Probably would have missed out on the sight and sounds and not learned about the walkway on this side of the river except for the motivation provided by taking part in DPL.
