Gorgeous colour in the flowers. A slight niggle is that there is so much going on that I think the bird gets a little lost. I wonder if you could have balanced a tighter crop with the need to keep the sense of blue?

Fantastic capture of this bird in a field of blue flowers! Lighting, color, and detail are pretty spot on. I do have one suggestion on how to further strengthen the composition. The flowers in the forefront that are hazy blurred due to depth of field can be cropped out. That hazy blur in the forefront of the frame tends to distract from the overall scene. Cropping as much as you can out will keep the focus on the bird at rest in the field of Lupinus.
