There's form, but looks like sharpness and shadow detail is missing. The sign on background is in wrong place, so give this good idea another take.

Too bad we can't clone. The sign and the trashcan? are distracting. Wonderful tree but the background tones (sky, trees, then ground) interfere with the appreciation of the tree's starkness..

I gave it a five only because of the sign in the background. Otherwise, its easily a 7 in my opinion.

In my opinion i think that the mountain distracts a little bit the middle of the tree. but otherwise nice photo.
