I can't tell from your composition whether the subject is the cat or the wheel. I might've cropped in a bit closer around the wheel to get a better view of the cat and less of the concrete structure.

It's a bit crooked, iof it wasn't it'd be a great shot.

the picture is not straight and I would have used a lower F number to get rid of the detail in the back which doesnt help the picture.
