This is the "new" city hall in Hannover, Germany, completed in 1913. Camera supported on bridge post, vertical angle controlled by supporting the lens hood with a found object. Taken from the SE end of the pond in Maschpark.

Clean image, I probably would have cloned out the branch upper left and it bothers me a little that the reflection doesn't have the same space above the dome.
