 I've discovered that if you poached an egg and squash it between two bagel halves just right tgat you can get the egg yolk to pool on top like this. Gives a really amazing colour and is absolutely yummy!

Not having looked through her entire portfolio, is this Sherpet-like? In any case, I like this very much. It's weirdly beautiful. The colors and texture are, well, delicious.

I'm not sure I see Shez's style here but she left us before we were allowed to work with textures - I think she might have enjoyed textures.
