Wanted a title that reflected the "Stranger Things" show - the episode where they go to the upside down via a hole in the tree. Didn't thing the reference would be widely known.

A completely different direction in choice of subject, and successfully attained. The highlighted rim, encrusted in fungi, issues that spooky invitation, the interior being nicely blurred. The title is great. Brings the mind to a concentration of mingled curiosity and dread.
