Not despite the modest subject of focus, but because of it, I find this image endearing. Also, because it embraces the typical miniaturization of model railroading. And then the subtle interplay of the variety of lines can also be appreciated. I find gazing into this picture to be calming.
Second favorite of the challenge.
I had to really look at this - it first looked like the dashboard of your car. Love the tiny trains, but I think having all the other cars lined up in front of it diminishes the impact.
