Not sure if this is my best one, but it is one I like...
Scallops with shrimps on a bed of snap peas, parsley, dill and garden cress. Added salted parsley lemon butter after the photo.

I am not a big fan of food pictures, but this is well done. The simplicity of the presentation and colors is very appealing. It looks terribly delicious too!
