If I cant tell who this is then the picture loses all its meaning. It's a good dramatic angle but you've forgotten that your viewer doesnt know what you do. 7
You have chosen a distinctive entry with an interesting perspective for this challenge. This photo has a lot of potential. However, there are several aspects which make it unacceptable to me. Most glaring is the dead space created by the rotation of this image. I would have cropped a little off the right and cloned in the sky. There is a strong blue cast which could have been removed with a levels adjustment. The statue could have been lightened with a curves/levels adjustment to show more detail.
