Yeah, it's pretty loud, though you do become acclimated to it to the extent that it's merely background white noise. Tourists, however, do get the full effect. So what I like here is the notion that there's a nonchalant calm amid the storm. I also like how there's a feel for the stations flying by, at least form a passenger's perspective.
