The final result was a work in progress. I think I took more pictures of variations of this theme than in any previous challenge. I started with learning how to make an origami bird from a 50 dollar bill. It took several attempts to get a satisfactory result. My first idea was to have the bird flying out of my empty wallet. After several practice shots I realized that the wallet was too drab and I needed something more colorful and eye catching. Thank goodness for a woman's collection of purses. I found just the one I needed in my wife's closet. With a title in hand I tried to get the intended idea across and realized I needed more than a purse. Off to the hobby store to try to find a nest and some eggs which wasn't easy because Easter merchandise is not out on the shelves yet. I found what I was looking for, took several shots and was happy with the result. Not so fast. Wouldn't it be more appropriate if the eggs were gold instead of pink, blue and green? Back to the hobby store to buy gold paint! What you see is the final result after several more variations. Regardless of how well it does in the challenge, I had a lot of fun with the thought process as the picture developed. Thanks for looking.
