In RAW, sharpened, increased blacks, countered with fill light. Slight increase in vibrance.
In PS, crop, cloned out annoying kid toy and my truck in the background. Sharpening routine, resize, bordered and saved.
I predict 4.6 as this is the uninteresting side of the house. At least it was when the photo was taken in spring 2016. The rainbow might make a difference, but I doubt enough to break 5.0.
