 Every year my kids join us for New Years Eve and we have lobster tails. This year they had moved away and came home early. They couldn't be with us for New Years so we had the celebration early. I tried a new recipe that was outstanding. They tasted as good as they look!

I love the lobster platter but the bottle of wine is a bit distracting.
