I see a lot of potential photos within a photo in this once but you've got some interesting light splashed about and the overall feel of the picture is very nice.

With everything that's going on in this picture, I have a feeling of clutter while looking at it. I'm not sure what the photo is even of because to me, there is no focal point. 5

confusing use of DOF... maybe you should have turned your attention to the wheel in the foreground instead of trying to combine both elements at the same time.
