This is also very elegant. Those who were distracted by the table would have loved this one more maybe. But the window view is very dominant too (but very beautiful - which is another story)
And yes - the price tag, as Lydia mentioned
I loved the light in your entry picture which provided a mystic atmosphere. For me it was the right choice
