 In RAW, sharpening settings applied, then BLACKS countered with FILL LIGHT.

In PS, global sharpening with a High Pass Filter routine. Replace Color to enhance the tree leaves. Photo Filter to apply the Cooling Filter (80). Resize, Border, Save-For-Web.

I predict 4.8.
