Though I often find modernity in landscapes to be intrusive, here this collection gives solidity to the handsome background by establishing a sense of purpose, of people actually on the ground. This is awkwardly expressed, but there it is. Taking the image from well in back of the vehicles further allows a sense of gainful occupation. The oncoming light is rather beautiful. |
