Extremely famous tree in Southern Taiwan. Used in some commercials for Brown Coffee and EVA airlines.
They named the road Mr.Brown's Avenue and Kaneshiro Takeshi Tree after the famous Japanese actor futuring the EVA airlines commercial.
I was lucky to be there when it was sunset and the very red glow behind the mountains was completing the scene.
I think this to be one of the best pictures ever seen of this famous tree. For sure it will win many prizes here in Taiwan.

Dramatic and colorful. The tree silhouette is bold and commanding. I like how you've halved the scene, giving over the bottom half to what looks like a rice paddy, though I'm kind of guessing. It seems like a generous decision that anchors the upper crescendo. Strong image.
