Thanks! No, it was some random guy. I had no idea who he was but he was all alone sitting there. Afterwards I talked to him and showed him the photos.

Like the context of the photo. Exposure is just right to give the scene some drama of the stormy river against the city back drop and the subject soaking it in.

The posture and droopy t-thirt say a lot about the subject. Maybe all we need to know. I think this shot has the canny eye of a Brooklyn resident.
