 Considering it was a shoe-horn I was not expecting this to do so well, many thanks to all the commenters/voters.

Straightened, cropped & lowered exposure of sky in Lightroom
Used various tools in CEP4, Luminar & Topaz to increase detail, dodge & burn and adjust vibrance/saturation. Cloned out some twigs near the rocks and an overhanging eave on the border in PS.

Original raw image resized, converted to jpg and auto-toned in LR:

You call it a shoehorn. To me, this seemed like an excellent image in which the 7 seemed natural and unforced. Nicely done.
