 RAW file processed in Lightroom with tweaked saturation and contrast. Then additionally post-processed in Photoshop using one universal filter >Stylize>Oil Painting>Brush setting 10>Light setting 10. Contrast/Hue then further tweaked in PS (universal, not selective adjustment).
