 Obviously, an exotic alien creature.
I was honored to experience a close encounter with a Western Grebe at Lake Estes. He was gregarious... and he was looking for the rest of his flock. I hope he finds them, as he was solitary at the moment of this image capture. Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, Canon EF400 DO IS II USM, 1/1000s@f/5.6, ISO 400, lens focal length 560mm, 05/03/17 2:40pm. — in Estes Park, Colorado.
