 In RAW, increased Blacks, countered with Fill Light, Vibrance, and Sharpening.

In PS, used a sharpening routine with the High Pass Filter, cropped out a helicopter rotor and some window glare, removed more window glare, sized, bordered, saved.

I predict 6.1.
