Good use of later afternoon light and nice composition.
My nit pick here would be the sky. It has so much clarity to it that it looks like it's just as close to the foreground as the foreground is. But that's not true. Try this with knocking down the clarity in the sky.
Wow, this is a great picture. The bombastic clouds overpowering the sea that just don't overcast the sand dunes which are lit by the low sun. In my top 3, a 9 from me, and my Yellow Dragon Award
