I like the lighting. The red and green overpower the yellow of the rose. I focus on the leaves rather than the actual flower, but perhaps that is what the artist was intending. I would need to see an entire calendar of these images to see if the idea works.
Seems a bit out of focus to me. I think the petals draw my attention and the focus is on the a leaf. I really like the colors though, and the composition is great.
Nice lighting in terms of shadow elimination. A little over-exposed around the yellow. I think this would have come of better with the focus more on the petals and same moved more toward center frame.
