I was afraid when entering this, that people would think this effect was created in photoshop.
I have no idea how to do this.
I don't know if it was because it was taken from a moving vehicle, if it was the humidity in the air on a shot from far away, all of the above... ?
But I loved the impressionistic aspect that worked purely by accident.
I loved the zigzag lines in it.
I loved the scene that was so foreign to me (taken in Vietnam).
Thanks to Mariuca for the title. (I hate coming up with titles!!) Since we had served on a jury before, I needed an artsy fartsy friend to bounce ideas off. :)
