This image is a graphic design project using what's essentially "clip art". Photographer didn't actually himself photograph any of the portraits used in the design, and those elements do not have valid EXIF data. While the final assemblage was photographed to provide an "original", that doesn't satisfy our prohibition against "adding graphics or clip art images to your entry or its border during editing."

I can accept to a point of using clip-art or external source images but in this composition I don't see any use of a digital camera. I like your idea, but as I said before, this is too much. I will give you a 3 for your idea and work.
