I like how you got the flags as the wind was blowing them. I also think that this picture turned out very clear which also brings intrest. Nice Work

very thought provoking. seems a little dark to me, and i would like to have seen more of the surrounding area.

Composition: Excellent
Technical: Nice focus and colour. Looks slightly over-focused (white line around flags?).
Meets challenge: Not quite sure..

Your idea was very good. The one thing that I have to say though, is that the photo isnt centered very well and the sky is also very dark and doesnt do much for the photo.
