Technically, the photo lacks a bit more saturation in the colors, to make them pop a bit more and some more exposure, especially in the top right corner. The other aspects of the shot (composition, the moment, the focus, the expression of the dancer...) are excellent. I guess that it was difficult lighting setup. Low light, high shutter speed, high ISO...

The colors and patterns are nice here, but it is the look on his face that really says "Live is a Dance" - well seen and great timing!
