 In a normal year, Sprague Lake will be partially frozen over by this date in November. There was some feather ice in some areas, but mostly open. 11/05/2016 11:39 am. No wind around noon. Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, Canon EF24-105mm f/4L IS II USM, 1/40s@f/16, ISO 200, lens focal length 32mm.
