I gave it a 7 - saw the yellow boat and thought the same as you. Finished lower than it should have because distraction was so small many probably didn't even notice it.

I gave this a 4. In my opinion, it seems to have no particular direction/object of focus,so it comes across as confused rather than with distracting elements.
