I had this shot carefully planned.
I know this girl who is an awesome cosplayer and fashion blogger and has TONS of outfits, so I contact her hoping she'd have something purple to shoot for. She says yes and sends me the pic of that outfit; I think "this is perfect".
Location: abandoned factory.
Weather: cloudy.
I drive 25 miles to pick her up and we go to the location: EVERY-SINGLE-ACCESS-WAS-SHUT.
The police sealed everything up because the building was classified as "unstable".
Unstable?!? After 20 years of total accessibility?
Disappointment.
We drive to Location #2: abandoned factory, a bit less cool than the previous one, but still good for the shot.
Everything walled-up.
"Well, we can drive to location #3, but it's another 20 miles away... ok, let's go to the beach."
It starts to rain.
We reach the spot, it rains like hell. Well, I can't catch a break!
I take the model, make she walk a bit, shootshootshoot and rush back to the car.
This is what came out of the camera.
