This shot was taken from Odaray Highline in the Lake O'Hara area of Yoho National Park. Lake O'Hara is only accessible by a shuttle bus or by walking up the 11 km gravel road. Access is limited to only a few hundred people a day and on most days, you don't see anyone except for the people you came with.

An interesting image that meets the challenge well.
Your positioning has enabled you to make good use of the arch and distant mountain combination and all this against the backdrop of that lovely sky. What an interesting arch that is, it looks very delicately balanced, in terms of size I suspect that its much smaller than we are led to believe here? What I like most about the image is the lovely tonal range, it works very well. To be honest, the more I look at it the simpler I wish the composition was so that we could enjoy that wonderful sky for its own sake. An excellent entry Craig, well done.
Somebody should call the Sierra Club , alert them to all the wonderful photos in this challenge. It's truly amazing. What a beautiful planet we have to live on. Thanks for posting this shot.
