Kings Canyon Park as a visitor with a brand new Nikon D70 and visiting from Australia. I just like the photo of such wonderful trees in a terrific environment.

Somebody should call the Sierra Club , alert them to all the wonderful photos in this challenge. It's truly amazing. What a beautiful planet we have to live on. Thanks for posting this shot.
I'm thinking this must be either the Redwoods or Sequoia National Parks/Forests. Very different approach for this challenge. They are huge and majestic aren't they.
