Self saucing chocolate pudding cooked in a mug in the microwave.
Ingredients:
Pudding:
1 heaped tablespoon self raising flour
1 heaped tablespoon sugar
1 heaped tablespoon cocoa
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
(I used 3 dessertspoons of everything.)
Topping:
1/2 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon boiling water
Method:
Mix together thoroughly all pudding ingredients in the mug.
Sprinkle cocoa and brown sugar on top and carefully pour the boiling water over.
Microwave for 30 seconds - if top layer of cocoa is still not properly dissolved microwave a further 10 seconds.
I accidentally used a full tablespoon of cocoa instead of half in the sauce. It worked out fine if you like strong, rich chocolate flavour.
Serve with cream or vanilla ice cream.
Should add, to make clear, that the ingredients are for each individual pudding.
