Double exposure. Set the camera for 30 seconds and had the Alien Bee fire twice. My wife was helping me (eight months pregnant), so I could only get about 8 pictures... this was the last one.
Hope people realize that it's me both times!

Image critique: Good idea and nicely done. I think the composition could have been improved (more dynamic) if your sleepy self was standing straighter. You made some creative effort here and as far as I can tell, this is the best entry yet.
Out of challenge interest: not much, but technically it's good so some will revisit it.
