 About the only image I've taken this year. And on the phone at that.

This is Antony Gormley's art installation on Crosby Beach, Nr Liverpool, close to where I grew up.

Yes, it does look like a scene from a sic-fi movie about another planet.
Shooting into the light to silhouette the tiny bits of interest makes the shot.
That's an engaging art display.

Lots of interesting elements to this photo. I especially like the skeletal looking figure in the water on the left. The silver looking sea is fantastic!
