Adorable concept. From a technical pov, the lighting is off on the little girl. Her amrs show the light source from the left, but the rest of the images indicates it's from the right.

We sometimes fall in the trap of saying too much. In my opinion, just the girl with her teddy bear would have been enough and enhance the message (I look at this cropping from the top and left side). Nice idea
