I also find GeorgesBogaert's comment very helpful. I did leave a bit of painterly on her face, but obviously not enough. I just didn't want her to look too painted.
We are going straight to the eyes in this picture. The processing of making it as a painting on the sides but not in the center is a weird choice. The title saves you because the hat looks indeed too big for the girl. A 7 from me.
