You may not use ANY editing tool to create new image area, objects or features (such as lens flare or motion) that didn't already exist in your original capture. In this specific instance, you did a flip 'n blend style of processing, and that's only allowed in Expert Editing.

this strikes me as some sort of optical effect, which is of course abstract, since it completely destroys the "reality" behind it. a lovely swirl of color and lines. I like spirals and cousins of spirals... they suggest a cycle but also change.
