I guess the rule I am breaking is that this was taken outside of the challenge dates. Taken on 11/19/15. People should figure out by the Santa Hat that this was take before the new year.
I saw in the discussion thread that this was not a reason for a DQ so I went with it.
I wanted this picture to get an audience. I thought this lady was brave and interesting. She has a message to share and she's going to do it her way. Her method might just deviate a bit from the norm and I find that fascinating.
