I struggle with abstracts so tried something different this go round. (The weather around here was below zero and miserable so I wasn't brave enough to venture out.)
We have a lovely curtain that when the sunlight hit it one day reminded me of a lovely spring scene. So I put on my extension tubes and played around.
With a texture added I thought this resembled the edge of a forest.
I know it wasn't fantastic, but I tried and did not hate the result so sometimes that alone is success.
Thanks so much for the comments. My resolution to work on 'art' continues and is giving me much joy.
