A lot of people will object vehemently to this image but I find it quite good. Perhaps not for Best of the Year shot but definitely as part of a series.
Tell everybody: people, this is what we eat! No more uncomfortable that the chicken or beef unless one thinks that they come neatly wrapped in plastic foil from nowhere and with the eyes plucked
