Taken in the dark at a Halloween Safe Spook House I was helping set up. To touch it up a bit a small amount of dodging to darken around the eyes, cloning with blur to soften a harsh white line and a bit of white inside the small nostril, levels and contrast tool, and a bit of cropping was done in Photoshop.

Very cool staging :) . I was distracted a lot by the whitened upper right corner tho and your 'human' subject seemed too saturated for a dead/undead person. The dry ice on the cauldron is convincing and did a good job at making me not realize that it was plastic until I really thought about it.
