Duplicated image. Selected inner shape. Added stars image that I shot this weekend. Masked using selection. Selected inverse on copied layer - used radial (zoom) blur. Duplicated that layer with screen and multiply filters - made transparent to my liking.
Added cat on a layer set to darken. cloned out spot on cat belly.
MErged. Added lens flare.
Used selective color and hue saturation to tweak.
Dodge/burned and sharpened to my liking.
