The thing with such a simple image is that it needs to be nigh on perfect and think you pretty much nailed this one!
The movement in the tree (obviously) caused by the long exposure adds an extra dimension here.
I'm not totally convinced by the frame but it doesn't distract me so that's good - bumping 2.
