Setup is a trash bag over my subwoofer (facing up), then paper on that. Add paint, water, and food coloring. The vibration mixes it fast!
Alternates - I had a terrible time choosing!
I used an app on my phone to generate the frequency -- typically 26-60 Hz gave the most interesting photos, and trying to catch it when it first starts is interesting also.
