I agree with Posthumous. I like the juxtaposition of the lady amongst focused and unsettled nature of the background.

so few photos have such a clear point to make. here we have the woman in the moment surrounded by the terminally distracted.

Too many distracting elements in the background, especially the hand reaching in from left off frame, and also the two guys on either side of the model.

This certainly appears to be a grab shot so well done for taking advantage of the opportunity. The messy background may add to the image for some but for me is a distraction.
