I used your picture(with some other pictures) for an assignment in my photography/photoshop class. I hope you don't mind. here is the image, please don't get mad at me.
That's a great looking sky. Love those colours. It creates a lot of depth in the image. I don't find the other elements in the image except for the fountain too interesting. Maybe it's the angle or perhaps the scene itself. I think whoever designed this place was mad to have those things going around the fountain :)
